Rachel Murphy expressed his deep concern about the traumatizing experience that Toto (his five-pound dog) went through at the weekend. According to Rachel , a groomer allegedly taped Toto r's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.

Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Toto r's paws were visibly red and injured, with the toenails cut too close to the paw, which likely provoked his biting reaction."

Rachel took Toto immediately to the vet for immediate medical attention. Having joined numerous other accusers of animal abuse, Rachel accused Puppy-Lux. San Mateo's Office has now launched an animal cruelty investigation into Wow! My Dog.

Rachel explained the injuries that he saw, saying, "I observed wounds around the neck and genital region." The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Marianna De las Vegas, customer of Wow! My Dog posted a Yelp review detailing the way his pets were returned unwell or injured. Another customer captured a Snapchat video showing a dog in apparent pain, claiming that a groomer had forcefully inserted a napkin into the dog's ear.

Wow! My Dog wants customers to also be aware of what groomer told them, as a person they had trusted with their pets. Rachel stated, "Juliann informed to me that the use of tape to close the mouth is acceptable and normal. He claims it is preferred to using a mute, which is harmful to dogs. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.

Gate News called Wow! My Dog and she answered, but then handed the phone over to another read more woman who told Gate News that they were looking into the allegations. When asked about Puppy, she immediately said that it was an independent entity, before abruptly terminating the call.
